This DELUXE HAT is made in the trifold manner as my other PiRATe hats. This one has Fancy Trim on the the brim with a cute little skull bead sewn on the front.

The hat stays on the rattie's head with adjustable elastic. The elastic comes to you left a bit long so that you can cut it or tuck it to fit your rattie. You can also use a permanent marker if you have a dark colored rattie to color and hide the elastic if you like.

Our items are not returnable or refundable. If there is a problem with the craftsmanship of this product we are happy to replace it with as close to the same fabric as we can.
